    Please contact us via the form below, stating as much detail about the issue and our Customer service team will be delighted to help.
    Once you have posted your issue to us, we will aim to respond in 24-48 hours.
    Please remember, following the instructions provided EXACTLY as given, usually resolves most issues.
    Returns postage for physical Products is the responsibility of the buyer.
    Returns may take up-to 14 days to test and process once received.
    Missing item must be reported with-in 48 hours of receiving.
    REFUNDS
    Refunds are only given for Tangible items.  
    Digitally delivered Goods are non-refundable but we do aim help so always contact us if you need help and we can deal with each case on an individual Basis.
    Refunds are processed once we have received the returned items and the goods are in the original sent condition with all the packaging, then aim to process the refund with-in 14 days of this.
    BILLING
    Payments must me paid online via Card or PayPal before any items are shipped.  
    Cheques or Bank Transfer's are not acceptable.
    All items include any taxes.
    You will receive order confirmation via email once paid in full.
